Having led and won the pitch, we created Hisense’s platform, Let’s Get Real. Driven by data revealing distrust of jargon and hype in tech brands, we repositioned the brand in the U.S., rooted in trust and no B.S.

Spanning B2B and B2C, the platform became central to Hisense’s growth strategy. We redefined every aspect of the brand—from content and digital presence to tone of voice and behaviour—creating a fully integrated identity across all channels and touchpoints.

Now ranked in the top 5% of most-trusted U.S. brands, Hisense has gained significant market share—powered by Let’s Get Real, which drives its global strategic and creative direction.
