Having led and won the pitch, we created Hisense’s new platform, Let’s Get Real, driven by data showing that people were tired of jargon and hype from tech brands, fuelling distrust. So, we repositioned the brand in the U.S. with a promise of premium tech for all, rooted in trust and no B.S.

Spanning B2B and B2C, this platform became the cornerstone of Hisense’s growth strategy. We redefined content, digital presence, tone of voice, and brand behaviour, creating a cohesive identity that resonated across channels.

Now ranked in the top 5% of most-trusted U.S. brands, Hisense has driven significant market share growth, with Let’s Get Real guiding its global strategic and creative direction.
